These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you order or purchase goods on the Website. The Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time (for example, to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system capacity or in relevant laws and regulations), and therefore we ask you to accept the Terms and Conditions each time you shop with us. Any reference to "you" or "your" means you as a user of the Website, any reference to "we", "us" or "our" means Micha A/S

If you do not accept the Terms, you may not order or purchase goods on the Website.

 

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods . Read more under "Right of withdrawal".

The Danish Sales Act's rules on defects apply to your purchase, which means that you have certain statutory guarantees for the goods' conformity with the contract. Read more under "Defective goods and incorrect goods".

Order

The online store is open 24 hours a day, but may be closed for maintenance. We try to perform such maintenance during night hours whenever possible.

An order placed on a public holiday or weekend will be processed the following business day.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase goods on the Website and have a valid credit card accepted by us. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a legal basis to enter into an agreement with us.

We can only fulfill your order if the delivery address is a private or business address in one of the countries on the "We ship to" list. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

We reserve the right to cancel the purchase agreement in any of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:

  • Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified.
  • Your order has been placed with the intention of committing fraud, etc. or has been placed in connection with a criminal act or other illegal activity.
  • An unintentional error occurs on the Website or in stock, e.g. a payment error or similar.
  • We have reason to believe that you are under 18 years of age.

Agreements can only be made via the website or by telephone. We do not process orders submitted by email, letter or fax.

At what point in the ordering process are you bound by your order?

Before placing your order, you have the option to change the information you have entered, including delivery and invoice information or payment information. You also have the option to change the items or remove items from your shopping cart.

When you click "Buy and pay", a receipt will appear on your screen. From that point on, you are bound by the purchase agreement. Please read more under "Right of withdrawal".

Please contact our Customer Service if you made a mistake when placing your order - they are ready to help you.

You will receive an order confirmation in an email.

After the agreement has been concluded, the rules on the right of withdrawal apply, see below.

Language of the agreement

The agreement can only be concluded in Danish.

Access to the agreement

You will receive a confirmation of the content of the agreement and a copy of these Terms and Conditions by e-mail. We store concluded agreements, including the order confirmation, for a certain period of time, and we recommend that you also save these documents, as they will not necessarily be subsequently available on the Website.

Anti-fraud measures

In order to protect you and our other customers from fraud and maintain a high level of security for online purchases, we may conduct verification checks. The verification check may include the data that you submit when you order on the Website, including your address and payment information.

We accept the following payment methods:

Check digits (Credit Card Verification Number (CVV))

If you pay by credit card, you will be asked to enter the card's verification numbers. You will find the three verification numbers on the back of your credit card, usually on the right side of the back of the credit card. The verification numbers are necessary for the payment to be completed and to maintain a high level of security. There may also be other similar security measures

Payment procedure

When your item leaves our warehouse for delivery, your payment will be charged to your chosen payment service.

PRICES AND DELIVERY

All prices listed for goods, delivery costs and other costs are inclusive of taxes, VAT and duties.

Costs related to delivery, shipping or postage may vary and are added to each order.

Denmark

With GLS:

To parcel shop: 49,- DKK

For home delivery: 49,- DKK

We offer free delivery on purchases over: 499,- DKK

Currency

Prices on the Website are displayed in the currency applicable to your country. Please use the country selector at the top of the Website if you wish to change your country selection. Your delivery address determines the currency in which you will be charged.

Please note that changing the country to which delivery is to take place may affect price and delivery costs.

You can pay in one of the following currencies:

We send to:

  • Denmark

Delivery terms

We aim to deliver within 1-3 business days from the time your order is approved. We reserve the right that delivery may vary due to unknown circumstances with our carrier or due to public holidays.

Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.

Your item will be delivered on weekdays Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the country of delivery and the carrier used. Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays and public holidays. We do not ship on public holidays. Stay updated under our contact page to see our telephone hours and closing days during holidays and public holidays.

The goods must be acknowledged upon receipt in accordance with the chosen carrier. It does not necessarily have to be you who acknowledges. Persons at the delivery address (e.g. a family member, friend, receptionist, etc.) can thus acknowledge receipt with binding effect for you.

The number of delivery attempts will depend on the chosen carrier. Terms and conditions apply thereafter.

Please note that you bear the risk of the goods after delivery. If the packaging appears to be damaged, you should refuse to receive the goods. If you wish to complain about any defects or deficiencies, you must inform us about it, read more under "Defective goods and incorrect goods".

Separate deliveries

If your order consists of multiple items, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be necessary if certain items are delayed or out of stock at the time of ordering. You will be informed that your order is subject to separate deliveries. You will not be charged additional delivery costs for separate deliveries.

Right of withdrawal (applies to consumers only)

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 30 days.

 

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

In the case of several different goods ordered in one order but delivered individually (i.e. separate deliveries), the withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good.

In the case of a product consisting of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last lot or part.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by an unequivocal statement (e-mail).

Fill out the attached return form, stating your order number, invoice number and reason for return.

The withdrawal period is met if you send your notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of regret

If you exercise your right of withdrawal under this Agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided documentation of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We will cover the costs associated with returning the goods if this occurs within the specified time frame of 30 days.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 30 days.

NOTE : We recommend that you save the postal receipt as proof that you have delivered the package to the post office/carrier.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

DEFECTIVE GOODS AND INCORRECT GOODS

If your item is defective or we have delivered the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service. If you can already identify the defect, etc. at the time the carrier wants to make delivery, you should refuse to receive the item.

In the event of a defective item or incorrect item, you can choose between the following options:

  • Return the item and get a refund of the purchase price and all delivery costs once our Customer Service has processed the return item.
  • Return the item and receive a similar item once our Customer Service has processed the return item, provided we can deliver a similar item, or
  • Keep the item and request a proportionate reduction in the purchase price

When you contact Customer Service, you must provide the order number, possibly the item number, and describe what is wrong with the item, etc.

You are not responsible for any costs associated with returning a defective or incorrect item. We will of course refund the purchase price and original delivery costs once we have received the item back, unless you receive a new item to replace the original item.

OTHER CONDITIONS

Updating the website

We do our best to update the Website and ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the goods are correct. However, spelling errors, errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the goods may occur, and sometimes we discover that the price of an item is stated incorrectly.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under the Terms if the delay or failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control.

Completeness of the agreement

These Terms constitute the complete terms of the agreement between us.

Invalidity

If one or more of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions are declared wholly or partially invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.

Transfer

We are entitled to transfer our rights and obligations under the agreement concluded with you to a third party. The transfer is of course subject to the condition that the standard of service you receive is not impaired. We will notify you of any such transfer. By accepting these terms, you consent to any such future transfer. At the same time, you accept that from the time we have notified you of the transfer, your rights can only be asserted against the third party in question.

Personal information

We treat your personal information confidentially. Please read our privacy policy ( personal data & cookies ), which explains how we use the personal information you provide us in connection with the ordering process and your use of the Website in general.

Complaint

You have 24 months to make a complaint about a defect in the product. Please contact our customer service, after which we will find a solution to the complaint.

Access to complaints

You are of course always welcome to contact our Customer Service if you have any complaints about an item you have purchased from us. Our Customer Service can be contacted by telephone, by email and by regular mail. You can find the contact information for our Customer Service under 'General information' above.

You can also file a complaint about a product you have purchased from us to the Center for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can file a complaint to the Center for Complaints Resolution via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus.

You can also use the European Commission's online complaint portal when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Applicable law and venue

Any agreement entered into between us under these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Danish law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with our agreement, including the existence or validity of the agreement, shall be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
