Delivery terms

We aim to deliver within 1-3 business days from the time your order is approved. We reserve the right that delivery may vary due to unknown circumstances with our carrier or due to public holidays.

Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.

Your item will be delivered on weekdays Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the country of delivery and the carrier used. Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays and public holidays. We do not ship on public holidays. Stay updated under our contact page to see our telephone hours and closing days during holidays and public holidays.

The goods must be acknowledged upon receipt in accordance with the chosen carrier. It does not necessarily have to be you who acknowledges. Persons at the delivery address (e.g. a family member, friend, receptionist, etc.) can thus acknowledge receipt with binding effect for you.

The number of delivery attempts will depend on the chosen carrier. Terms and conditions apply thereafter.

Please note that you bear the risk of the goods after delivery. If the packaging appears to be damaged, you should refuse to receive the goods. If you wish to complain about any errors or defects, you must inform us about it, read more under "Defective goods and incorrect goods".
