FREE RETURNS
Do you need to return something to us? No problem! We have made the return process as simple as possible. From the day you receive your order, you have 14 days to return it.
If you wish to return an item, it must be in perfect condition. This means it must be clean (no stains from deodorant, perfume or makeup), unused, unwashed and with the original tags. Items returned in an unsaleable condition will not be accepted. This does not apply to defective items.
RETURN (GLS DELIVERY)
Follow these simple steps to return your order to our warehouse:
- Pack the items you wish to return carefully - our packaging can be recycled.
- Please complete your return form and include it in the return package.
- The return label is included in the package you received.
- Attach the return label to the outside of the package. Please note that we only offer one return label per order.
- Drop off the package at the nearest GLS parcel shop
Returns (Postnord Delivery)
Follow these simple steps to return your order to our warehouse:
- Pack the items you wish to return carefully - our packaging can be recycled.
- Please complete your return form and include it in the return package.
- Contact us at soulmate@soulmate.as to receive a return label, which we will send to you by email.
- Attach the return label to the outside of the package. Please note that we only offer one return label per order.
- Drop off the package at the nearest Postnord
Remember to ask for a receipt for the shipment so you have proof of the return.

Your part is now complete. We will contact you as soon as we have received your return package and again when the refund has been made.
If you want to return multiple orders at once, that's fine. Pack them together securely as a return package, but remember to include completed return forms with each order.

DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately by writing to soulmate@soulmate.as. If an item has a manufacturing defect or becomes defective due to manufacturing defects within two years of the date of purchase, please contact us at soulmate@soulmate.as so we can help.
